South Shields Cafe up and running!!
Our new cafe in Harton Village, South Shields has been up and running for about a month now. We have been rushed off our feet and we have received some lovely feedback from our new customers. One of the nicest comments we have received from a number of customers is that Cafebar One has become a focal point for Harton Village and brought the village alive again. One customer commented to me yesterday that they have seen people in Cafebar One that they haven’t seem for 20 years! If you haven’t come to see us yet, please do! Coming Soon - Cafe Bar One, Harton Village, South Shields
Well… we’ve moved in and the refurbishment of the new cafe is under way!!! For those of you who know the area, the new Cafe Bar One will be in the old Linda Leary estate agency site. All being well we hope to be open at the end of November. All our new staff are currently being training in our Jesmond cafe and are really excited to be part of our new venture. We have already had a really warm welcome from the Harton residents and business owners and we are so excited to be bringing Cafe Bar One to South Shields. Very exciting news from Cafe Bar One HQ – we are expanding!!! We are in the processing of securing a premises in Jo and Gez’s hometown of South Shields. Although the exact location has not yet been confirmed, we hope to be serving the good folk of Shields all the Cafe Bar One delights before the end of the year…....watch this space…...
Cafe Bar One goes to the dogs!
..yes literally – come and see us at the Cafe Bar One stand at the Great North Dog Walk at the Leas in South Shields on Sunday 12 June. Last year 18,000 (yes, you read right – 18,000!) dogs took part in this World Record dog walk. We have been asked this year to have a stall selling teas, coffees, soft drink and lots of delicious cakes and scones. We are praying for good weather and hope to see you there.
